Welcome to Pleyo. By creating an account, generating, publishing, playing, or remixing games, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Pleyo.

1. Your account

You may browse and create as a guest. To keep your work across devices you can save your account. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure.

2. Creating and publishing

You keep ownership of the games you create. By publishing a game you grant Pleyo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on the platform so others can play and remix it.

3. Remixing

Published games can be remixed by others. When you publish, you allow other creators to build on your game, with attribution to the original preserved.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that infringes others’ rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Games reported by the community may be automatically hidden pending review.

5. Credits

Generating games consumes credits. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted to keep the platform sustainable and to prevent abuse.

6. Disclaimer

Pleyo is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pleyo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as Pleyo evolves. We’ll update the date above when we do; continued use means you accept the changes.
